Nicole founded AppEase to solve a problem she repeatedly experienced with her clients during twelve years as a financial advisor, where she successfully grew her practice from the ground up at a Fortune 300 company. Her experience gives AppEase a unique advantage and knowledge base to help improve processes and workflows for insurance carriers, with the customer experience in mind. As an accomplished entrepreneur, she is uniquely positioned to serve as CEO.

Kyli joined the team as co-founder with a background in technology that spans from start-ups to consulting to non-profits. Kyli brought these diverse experiences to the insurance world over the past decade, building and improving robust solutions to unique challenges with a holistic approach that respects the individual. With a focus on scalability and flexibility to adapt methodologies, she delivers from concept to product. Most recently proven by receiving the IBA 5 Star Insurance Technology Provider Award for her latest project.
